Rolyatt Consulting LLC
From AI Policy to Classroom Practice
About Rolyatt Consulting
Most institutions have adopted an AI policy, but very few have built the instructional system that makes that policy work in an actual classroom. That gap is where the risk for diminished cognitive engagement lives, and where we work. Rolyatt Consulting is an AI education advisory practice that bridges the critical gap between institutional AI policy and effective classroom implementation. Led by Dr. Joineé Taylor, Ph.D., a former Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, we bring a rare combination of federal policy research, education scholarship, and active learning classroom experience.
We serve K-12 school leadership teams and higher education institutions by sitting at the intersection of three worlds: policy, academic research, and daily classroom practice. This unique positioning ensures our work is grounded, credible, and immediately actionable. Our clients—school principals, curriculum and instruction directors, provosts, and academic deans—need more than a policy document. They need a comprehensive system that equips them to lead AI integration with confidence and pedagogical clarity.
Our Core Offerings
AI Policy Translation
We take the AI policies your institution has already developed and translate them into concrete classroom routines, instructional structures, and assessment practices that teachers can actually implement.
Instructional Systems and Framework Implementation
Using the Rolyatt AI-Assisted Learning Framework, we train teachers to design and implement instructional systems that deepen cognitive engagement, make student thinking visible, and ensure intentional AI use across subjects and grade levels.
Leader Capacity Building
Through structured advisory engagements, we equip leadership teams with governance frameworks that align instructional strategy, guide implementation, and strengthen teacher decision-making while maintaining student accountability.
